BREEAM Credits with IRT Surveys

You can claim up to 8 BREEAM credits if you carry out a thermal survey on your property post-refurbishment. Under Isuue ID: Man01 / Sustainable procurement a maximum of 8 credits can be achieved. Our BREEAM surveys assess : Continuity of insulation, Excess thermal bridging & avoidance of air leakage With nationwide coverage and fast service, IRT can help you achieve BREEAM excellence. Legislation states that all surveys should be completed by a Level 2 thermographer.
